We may de-identify or aggregate any information, including personal information and health-related data, that we collect from or about you so that you are not identified as an individual, and use and disclose that information to third parties without restriction, including for commercial purposes. We do not attempt to re-identify de-identified data.
We may also provide aggregate usage information and data to third parties (or allow third parties to collect that information from you), who may use such information to understand how often and in what ways people use our Services. However, we never disclose aggregate usage or de-identified information to a third party (or allow a third party to collect such information) in a manner that would identify you as an individual person.
No Selling of Personal Information: We do not sell, rent, or trade any personal information you provide to us, including but not limited to your health-related information, contact details, and usage data, to any third parties for commercial purposes.
Like most companies, we share information in certain circumstances with third parties through operation of our Services and our business. This may result in the transfer of your personal information across state, provincial, or international borders, in which case we will comply with the local laws applicable to your information. Below we explain when transfers of information to third parties happen.
Service Providers
We use third parties to assist us with operating our business and providing our Services. These service providers may include services such as analytics, payment processing, product delivery, advertising and marketing, and other services. Our service providers have access to your personal information only to perform their services to us.
As Directed By You and With Your Consent
Except as otherwise provided in this Policy, we share information with companies, organizations or individuals outside of ProMed AI only at your direction or when we have your consent to do so.
Legal Proceedings
We may share information with third party companies, organizations, governmental authorities, or individuals outside of ProMed AI if we have a good-faith belief that access, use, preservation or disclosure of the information is reasonably necessary to:
Meet any applicable law, regulation, subpoena, legal process or governmental request;
Enforce a contract, including but not limited to any applicable Terms and Conditions, including investigation of potential violations thereof;
Detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues; or
Protect against harm to the rights, property or safety of ProMed AI, our users, customers or the public as required or permitted by law.
Professional Advisors
We may share your information with our professional advisors, such as our attorneys, auditors, accountants, financial advisors, and insurers in connection with the professional services that they provide to us.
Fulfillment Partners
If you make a product purchase from us, we may share your information with third-parties as necessary to fulfill your order, such as distributors, delivery services, and e-commerce service providers.
Sale or Merger
We may share information about you as part of a merger or acquisition. If ProMed AI is involved in a merger, asset sale, financing, liquidation or bankruptcy, or acquisition of all or some portion of our business to another company, we may share your information with that company before and after the transaction closes. In such a case, unless permitted or otherwise directed by applicable law, your information would remain subject to the terms of the applicable privacy policy in effect at the time of such transfer.
Aggregate Information
We may de-identify or aggregate any information, including personal information and health-related data, that we collect from or about you so that you are not identified as an individual, and use and disclose that information to third parties without restriction, including for commercial purposes. We do not attempt to re-identify de-identified data.
We may also provide aggregate usage information and data to third parties (or allow third parties to collect that information from you), who may use such information to understand how often and in what ways people use our Services.
